This is an UNOFFICIAL poll. Voting or commenting here will not count towards the official vote that must occur before changing the By-Laws.
Currently, the By-Laws state that two members from the same household can not serve on the Board of Directors. What do you think?
A. This is a good rule that will prevent any one household from dominating the Board of Directors, creating a conflict of interest.
B. This is a bad rule that limits who can serve on the Board. The membership votes for the Board, so we should decide if there is a conflict of interest when we vote.
C. I don’t care either way

We made the bylaw change for a valid reason and I see no reason to change it. If there is no one in the park who is willing to step up to the plate to take on the position then work needs to be done to either change that or contemplate if the co-op thing is the best way for this park to be run.
