The annual membership meeting will take place on Thursday, January 29th at 7:00 pm at the Monadnock Covenant Church (right on Base Hill Road!).

Packets that include next year’s budget, last years financial report, and other useful bits will be distributed to all Co-op Residents on Monday, Jan 19.

Currently, the By-Laws state that two members from the same household can not serve on the Board of Directors. What do you think?

A. This is a good rule that will prevent any one household from dominating the Board of Directors, creating a conflict of interest.
B. This is a bad rule that limits who can serve on the Board. The membership votes for the Board, so we should decide if there is a conflict of interest when we vote.
