What is the Base Hill Cooperative?

How do I join the Coop?
If you are interested in becoming a resident/member of the Cooperative, you need to fill out the applicant packet. Once you are approved, you can either purchase an existing home within the Coop, or you can purchase a new home to place in one of our empty lots.

You can view or download the Application packet online
