This is a good rule that will prevent any one household from dominating the Board of Directors, creating a conflict of interest. We made the bylaw change for a valid reason and I see no reason to change it. If there is no one in the park who is willing to step up to the plate to take on the position then work needs to be done to either change that or contemplate if the co-op thing is the best way for this park to be run.
