Base Hill Cooperative is a not-for-profit community-owned manufactured home park. All residents are members of the Cooperative. Unlike other manufactured home parks (or mobile home parks), Base Hill Cooperative is owned by a non-profit corporation that was created and is controlled by the residents of the Cooperative.

The Base Hill Cooperative was incorporated in 2006 with the goal of taking community ownership of Hillside Acres manufactured home park. As of Thursday, February 8, 2007, the Coop has successfully purchased the manufactured home park.
